As I was working on computer while eating. Suddenly glass water slides, and luckily it does not fall on my keyboard. But what about others, who face such situation many times. Who lost their keyboards because of something falls on it. Then while surfing I found about this button less, touchscreen keyboard.
New Technology in Cool Leaf Keyboard
There is not any special technology in this touch screen keyboard. As like other touchscreen devices, it has been made. This new technology button less keyboard just has a glass on the above. And the keys are shown when it is connected. As we touch a key, it send signal of that key to PC.

Fun with Touchscreen – Cool Leaf Keyboard
Cool Leaf Keyboard is made to reduce, again and again replacement of keys or keyboard. If you are in a room of significant sunlight, then it would be a little bit problem. It is best for dim light places, where sunlight is not falling directly. Its keys are at same position as like of usual keyboards.

BMW is Mounting Lasers in Its Headlights

Realizing Bondesque Visions, BMW is Mounting Lasers in Its Headlights

The BMW i8 Concept
Now with lasers.
BMW
Calling laser headlights "the next logical step" after the LED headlamp, BMW has announced that it will be rolling out laser-based illumination on its next-gen BMW i8 concept and will further develop laser headlight technology for extension across its various models. Why? It saves fuel. And presumably because laser headlights is something we've all secretly wanted on our European sports cars since MI6 tricked out 007's first ride.
But before you let visions of Bond-dom take over your daydreams, know that these won't be the kind of laser beams that blind or even dazzle (suffice it to say that you wouldn't try to saw your arch-nemesis in half with these beams). The blue light from the laser-emitting diodes BMW is developing will be run through a fluorescent phosphor material inside the headlight unit that will convert it into a diffused white light that is bright and luminous but "pleasant to the eye."
The advantage comes from the fact that laser diodes emit 170 lumens per watt whereas LED's only produce 100 lumens per watt. That boost in energy efficiency translates into a more efficient car, BMW says. Further, you need less overall footprint to produce the same amount of light, so while BMW designers don't intend to shrink the surface area of the headlamp (though theoretically they could), they will be able to reduce its overall under-the-hood size, allowing them to play with new possibilities for headlight positioning and body styling.
Plus, the company gets to deploy the advertising copy "now with laser headlights." Selling point.

Highway Patrol Cop Of The Future

The Highway Patrol Cop Of The Future Is A Robotic Unicycle
Or maybe an aerial drone. The LA Auto Show's annual Design Challenge suggests the patrol car of the future is optionally manned, self-driving, and armed with autonomous robots.

Honda's CHP Drone Squad Concept
Honda
Every year, the Design Challenge--formulated by and for the LA Auto Show--asks the automotive industry's most advanced design labs to speculate on possible futures as they pertain to the continuing evolution of the automobile. This year's theme: highway patrol 2025. Entries from the likes of GM, Subaru, BMW, and Honda naturally show a lot of imagination, but more than that they show a degree of agreement between the industry's brightest creatives that the future is going to be crowded, full of traffic jams, and above all very, very automated.
Everyday police work in 2025 will be autonomous and remotely controlled.
As in the defense sector, robotics potentially offer law enforcement agencies a force multiplier--something that allows fewer officers to be more productive at a lower cost--and this year's Design Challenge entrants clearly understand that. Some of the proposals are pretty straightforward; Mercedes Benz offers up an advanced, fuel-efficient SUV for police forces trying to own the road with sheer size, while General Motors introduces the "Volt Squad," a three-vehicle manned system based on the electric propulsion technology pioneered for the Chevy Volt.
But the proposals put forth by Honda and BMW perhaps speak to the most likely future of routine traffic patrolling. Honda Advanced Design's CHP Drone Squad is an optionally manned system that makes highway patrol work more like the routine intelligence-gathering conducted by the U.S. military. That is to say, everyday police work in 2025 will be increasingly autonomous as well as remotely controlled. Honda's Drone squad is composed of a larger optionally manned Auto-Drone that functions like a mobile forward operating base capable of deploying smaller unmanned two-wheeled motorcycles called Moto-Drones. Both cruiser and its deployed robots can work together to chase down and corral offenders or participate in various interception, intercession, or other first-response missions, like a technology-heavy police cruiser with its own small fleet of helper robots.
BMW's concept is similar. Created by BMW Group DesignworksUSA, E-Patrol is the manned police cruiser of the future. The team's research predicted that Los Angeles 2025 will host a traffic-filled yet fast-moving transit atmosphere, and for the car chases of the future the officers driving E-Patrol will be able to deploy both aerial drones or single-wheeled unmanned ground vehicles to pursue other vehicles or gather information and report back to the hub. Essentially, a couple of officers on patrol could do the work of multiple cruisers and an aerial helicopter unit today--assuming someone pioneers a user interface that would allow said officers to manage the entire system simultaneously.

BMW
That last part might be the biggest design challenge of all, and it will require lots of robotic autonomy. But if the concepts put forth by the auto industry's most forward-thinking creatives is any indication, highway policing by autopilot could become the norm. And while this future won't necessarily come to pass in the next 15 years, there's a strong chance that at some point we will find ourselves receiving moving violations from autonomous systems, from some kind of RoboCop (minus the cyborg element). So don't bother crying--your pitiful human emotions won't get you off the hook this time.

What's The Next Way To Make Money On The Internet?

Description: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3051/3257417055_25103dbe42.jpgNow the whole world is in financial crisis and we can say that the Internet is in winter. "Web 2.0" was created and defined in a brainstorm in 2010 as the "platform". Most websites are still using advertisements to earn money, because all of them think that the Internet is a big media.

Is it true that the Internet is a large media now? Well, at least I don't think so. We can only say that Internet was a big media when Web 1.0 was very popular, as the core of Web 1.0 is "contents". Content-matching is a really wonderful way of earning money and this has lead to many successful Internet corporations such as Google, Yahoo, etc to implement this idea. But now we are no longer in Web 1.0 environment - we need to change. Some websites like Facebook are using social advertisements and of course it's much better than traditional ones as users will pay more attention to social advertisements since it's related to the functions of the website.

Do you know why advertisements can help us to earn money? When you see an advertisement, you may be interested in this product or service. This mindset will then "ask" you to click the advertisement to learn more about it. In the end, you may even purchase this product or enjoy this service. But why you can see the right advertisement that matched your interests very often? This is because when you're looking for something on the Internet, the content-matching will start working. Hence, you can get most attractive advertisement waiting for you to click on it.

However in platforms, it's quite different. As you're reading your friends' profile on
Facebook, you may be interested in talking to your friends or playing with the interesting applications. This is when the folks in Facebook put up advertisements at the sidebar related to fan pages or applications. I personally feel that most users will be less interested in advertisements as compared to the usage of the platform. Therefore, private ad sales isn't a good idea in social networks websites. It would be better if some of these platforms offer subscription plans that provides exclusive features which the free account doesn't have. For example, the Flickr's PRO account which cost users $24.95 annually allows users to upload unlimited images storage and access to origninal files.

I remember when CNN played videos in Facebook which has attracted tons of users tp watch them. CNN is working with TV companies to promote its videos is. So wow do they promote? In traditional way, we may consider about advertise our videos to get more viewers. But CNN is very clever. The folks there have thought of a very good idea - why not play the videos in popular websites directly? Finally, CNN's videos have managed to attract thousands of clicks and users were posting comments to give their thoughts and opinions of them.

Why CNN can successfully promote its products and services? The money is not important, the idea is the most important! That is the new thing in Web 2.0.

After much considerations, I've found out that CNN was actually doing Channel Marketing. They used a channel from social networks websites. One of the advantages of Internet is "instant" and by letting more people know means money! To use advertisement is good, but you need to match. Otherwise, many visitors cannot get the perfect advertisements and ignore them. You will then lose the opportunity to earn money from these visitors. But using Channel Marketing is different. You don't need to show anything to all users, all you need is to discover a channel and how to get more visitors without paying more.

Channel Marketing for Web 2.0 websites also benefits the owner of the websites. Their pockets will get deeper as Channel Marketing can create value! Creating value means making money and they can them by giving out the channels.

After thinking more about this, I've found out that there are many channels we can use and a part of them have been used before. For example, using channels of search engines is called SEO, using channels of video sharing websites is called Video-Marketing, and using channels of business sites is called e-Business.

Is the focus of Internet-Business is turning away from advertisements and gearing toward the channels? Well, only time can tell the truth.

Setup Sync to Web in Picasa

Google Picasa allows you to automatically sync all the Photos which are stored on your computer to the Online Server hosted by Google. This means that you don’t have to pay any money for the services because Google Picasa allows you to store all your Images for free of cost. You just need to download, install this software on your computer and then perform the following once you run the application. The Picasa Application when run for the first time on your computer would ask you to select one of the options to scan the Whole Computer or Personal Document Folders for Images and displaying them on its Interface.

Description: https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgsYCkTT0rFY21vsycJL5Sc437gSAYOBSDlEBZQFfxOTuUiN5rGPnTwm2Q6Ow0FbFoUfTeR_Si856639UITKn4w24i4ec8K2oP48n6PDQXoDEN3sNyIruT8tZbwXCAvuypGd_lmmPAdy9o_/s400/picasa+logo+new.gifNext you will have to click on the link available on the top right section of the software which says – ‘Sign In to Web Albums’ following which you will be asked to login to your Google Account. Picasa would ask you to Register the service with your Google Account and accept the TOS. Once this is done, the website will direct you to the Picasa Web Albums using which you can upload Images in your Account and share them. If this is not done, you won’t be able to Login to your Picasa from the Desktop because a error would display saying ‘Your Account is Not Registered’.

Picasa does not directly upload all the Photos which are displayed on the software automatically because this would use a lot of space in your account and your Internet bandwidth too. Hence, beside every album or folder in the software you would find a option to sync. Click on the small button available on the right side of each folder – ‘Sync to Web’. Which will display a options window to select.

Description: Sync Album Web Picasa

Once the Synchronization is completed, a new album is displayed in your account with the folder name saved as the Album Name along with the date when the photos were spanned and the total number of photos stored in it.
Description: Picasa Web Albums

That’s it now all your personal photos would be stored securely with Google which you can access from any location and even share the same. You can also create a personalized URL
